Meet the Founders

We're Maddy and Jacqui.

We've been best friends since Grade 1.

We've done life side by side - primary school, high school, then at 17/18 years old we packed our bags and spent six months backpacking Europe together.

Since then - interstate moves, weddings, Covid, a set of twins and now five kids between us. Safe to say, we've seen each other through it all.

Print & Polish didn't come from some perfectly planned business idea. It came from a bit of a turning point.

At the end of 2024, Jacqui found herself navigating an unexpected career shift. She was 6 weeks pregnant with her third child, life as she knew it changed overnight.

What could've stopped everything... didn't. Instead it cracked something open.

For the first time in a long time, Jacqui had the space to ask herself what she really wanted. Somewhere between parenting, voice notes to Maddy and shower ideas her entrepreneurial spark came back to life.

We tested a few different concepts before landing on P&P. Some made no sense. Some almost made sense. But the second this one clicked we both felt it.

What started as a turning point became something we're genuinely proud of - a business built on creativity, uniqueness and friendship.
